1. We do not charge a prepayment, payment for the order is made immediately before shipment to the details specified upon final approval of the order.
2. The delivery cost is paid by the Customer directly upon receipt of the order.
3. We carry out the packaging of planting material at our own expense.
4. For customers who will receive the order by prior arrangement in Kyiv (by metro line) - delivery is FREE.
5. Sending orders on the territory of Ukraine is carried out mainly by the delivery service Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta or other delivery service at the request of the Customer.
